Rebeca De La Rosa from Barrus recently achieved an overall distinction for her Level 3 Apprenticeship with APA. She told us about her experience on the course and what her future plans are.
Please describe how we have supported you through your Apprenticeship.
“It was a constant support during the class and one to one meeting, all the books, the material, the one file system, everything was always available and very easy to use to learn, also all the encouragement I received from my teachers throughout the whole apprenticeship have been the key to my success.
Achieving my best result would not have been possible without the mentorship, all my teachers were dedicated, empathic, patience, and gave me valuable advice which helped me to grow both personally and professionally, and I am truly grateful for the knowledge and skills I’ve gained under their guidance.”
Describe the results that this training is having on you personally and as a result on the department you work in/organisation
“This journey has been a true roller coaster of effort, emotions, and challenges for me from the very beginning, and these results truly encouraged me to continue growing on my professional career and has also impacted my department with outstanding performance and improvements, which results in overall positives changes for my organization.”
Can you tell us how the end point assessment went for you?
“It went really well, I was very confident to talk about my project, as a result of an amazing preparation working along with my lovely teacher. I enjoyed every moment from the preparation to the final presentation.”
How do you feel now that you have passed the apprenticeship?
“INCREDIBLE HAPPY AND PROUD OF MYSELF!!!”
What do you plan to do next?
“I am planning to continue with Level 4. “

“APA is an amazing Provider, very professional, supportive, easy to get in contact with and I will DEFINITELY Recommend them to everybody. I had the BEST experience ever! “
