The new Level 6 Senior Procurement and Supply Professional Apprenticeship Standard is available and actively enrolling NOW!
It is suitable for experienced procurement professionals, who have obtained level 5 who are looking to achieve MCIPS status and maximise their earning potential in senior management and leadership roles.
Achieving this apprenticeship will enable an individual to take a strategic view of the key role of the procurement and supply chain function in securing competitive advantage for the organisation and the broader supply chain through which organisations increasingly compete. The Apprentice will develop the behaviours, skills and knowledge needed in procurement for leadership and management of stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of the initiatives learnt.
All Level 6 Apprentices must have successfully completed the CIPS Level 5 Advanced Diploma to be eligible for the Level 6 Apprenticeship. Successful completion of the Level 6 Professional Diploma element is required in order to move to the End Point Assessment which is followed by a final Level 6 case study exam.
During the CIPS Level 6 Professional Diploma, the course will cover 4 core modules and 3 elective modules, and the Apprentice will also work towards the knowledge, skills and behaviours for the Level 6 Apprenticeship and evidence through collating a portfolio of evidence.
