The tutor is very knowledgeable and is good at encouraging participation in a non-pressurising way.
I just wanted to say thank you again for your support in helping me get my level 4 diploma. I’ve recently accepted a new position as a strategic buyer at a much larger company and am starting there next week. I wouldn’t have been able to get the new job without the qualification, so I am very grateful for your help! I will be able to put everything I have learned to better use in my new job, and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without you all at APA so thank you very much!

Online tutoring works really well, and saves me hours travelling each week. The tutors make sure to involve everyone and the break out rooms work well as its a chance to discuss topics in more detail in small groups. Examples are sought from different students and the tutor makes a point of including public and private sector and the differences. The homework is appropriate. The length of time spent on each topic seems appropriate and the revision sessions are very helpful. When the tutors ask students to share their experiences you hear about the issues and challenges other people face which supports the learning from the course.
