How is your apprentice progressing on the apprenticeship programme so far?
J.W Excellently! There is a good learning structure, very interactive with positive leadership and engagement. Our Apprentice has been able to learn remotely as well as in a group environment.
How well do you feel your apprentice is being supported by APA
J.W Very well. The learning material is excellent, guidance and measurement are well structured on a regular basis, I have enjoyed being part of the review process and understanding how I can help and be supportive.
How well informed are you kept in Progress Review Meetings and Monthly Reports?
J.W Excellent, the information flow is useful and allows me to be interactive.
How well is the apprenticeship helping your learner develop and apply new knowledge, skills and behaviours in the workplace?
